Sad to say, sometimes I keep sugar free gum on hand for when my sweet tooth hits. Tastes good and the calories are not going down your throat. It also keeps your mouth busy. If you are always going to the kitchen looking for snacks, try to see if you can walk to the fridge and then back thru the kitchen. I make myself do that even when I'm not snacking just to get in the habit of not stopping at the fridge. I make plenty of trips back and forth, good for steps as well. 14 days ago
It was nice to take a rest day! I did brush my cat, do a load of laundry, grocery shop & mET my step goal. The rest of the chores will get done throughout he week after work. Boy do the weekends fly by!
