My main goals are to improve my health by learning to incorporate more activity each day and to eat a more balanced diet. Easier said than done but hey!
Joined Spark, reading Shrink Yourself by Dr. Roger Gould regarding gaining control over emotional eating, and playing Dance Central for xbox 360 as a fun way to get in 20-30 minutes of aerobic activity at a time. Looking forward to purchasing EA Sports Active for Kinect when I have a little extra $$.
I'm married and will be graduating from nursing school this spring. I love playing video games on consoles and pc, going to movies, and other hobbies that don't tend to include a lot of activity! That's another goal to work on =)
