The Journey Begins-Linda's Story
After 20 some years of the crazy roller-coaster ride called "the scale"- I have finally realized that what I need is a life-style change. No more diets for me - follow the simple rules of eat properly and exercise, and I hope to find the energy to keep up with my 3 children and set a good example for them as they grow up!
