Bariactric Surgery Survivor

I'm a disabled Navy Veteran. I use to weigh 345lbs. I got as low as 135lbs 2 years ago. I have gained weight steadily since I was in a car wreck and not physically active. I weigh 197lbs now. My goal is to get back down to 145lbs.

On a lighter note, I design and make jewelry, I love Star Trek and my favorite holiday is Halloween. I am a newlywed to the best husband in the world.

Hang in there! You CAN do this! I am fighting off a 70 pound regain myself, after 5 rounds of steroids, a cast, a boot and various other failed attempts to heal achilles tendonitis, i am just pressing through the pain and DOING IT! I decided no more excuses...and to do this one day at a time! add me to your friends list and we can help each other through it!just know you CAN do it!!!!
