Project: Self-Esteem
This is a return to weight loss for me. From 2007-2010 I lost 87lbs. Got my weight down from 262lbs (I'm 5'2, seriously very bad) to 175lbs. Then, I kind of lost focus. Joining a website like this one was what really helped me stay focused and accountable last time. Making friends with the same struggles and feeling the support of people who truly want you to succeed. And providing that support to other people. It's hard to talk someone up with french fries in hand.

My Program:
I have always been a moderate-dieter. I make changes that I can stick with forever - and I know I will not be able to live my whole life and never eat another burger or cookie. There are no foods that are off-limits, and I believe most real foods (McDonalds, Soda and Twinkies are not real food) can be nutritionally beneficical in moderation.
Personal Information:
Single, 27 and from the sticks in Tennessee. Shy, kinda geeky with horrible bouts of insecurity. Originally start weight as of March 2007 - 262lbs Current weight - 176lbs Final Goal Weight - 136lbs (the top of the "normal weight range" for my height)
Other Information:
My self-esteem and confidence issues extend beyond my weight, and I know it. But, my health is one thing I can control, if I choose to. My self-esteem has taken a nose-dive in the last few months and I need to do something to feel good about myself again. I know from experience, everything is easier when you're healthier.
