Thanks so much for dropping by my page to visit and to read and comment on my Focus blog. The quotes were all so profound and true, and I'm glad you found them interesting, too! Hope you have a great weekend! 1573 days ago
Thank you very much for your encouraging words on my page. How generous and gracious of you!
I've never thought of myself as "passionate," but ... I like it!
Thank your for seeing something in me that I have not seen in myself ... and for showing it to me. I have had a BEST FRIEND (after God and my husband) for more than 40 years who does that. I always thought SHE was the passionate one!
I read some of your page before writing this. Obviously you are one of those teachers who impact your students and others you meet positively ... for eternity. I'm trying to remember that saying about 'teachers influence eternity,' but it has slipped me at the moment.
on reaching and maintaining your goal! You are an inspiration to the rest of us!
Thank you again for your generosity and graciousness and encouragement.
I am going to add you to my friends. Hope you don't mind. 1600 days ago
I really like your comment on my blog... there has been a few teachers in my life that made things really hard for me, but there have been teachers that have also been there for me when I needed to talk, let me go at my own pace, figured out what worked for me, helped me out... and those are the teachers that made a hugely positive influence, not just in my school work, but life in general. After I wrote this note, I wrote another one to one of my other gym teachers from that same semester. He helped me, let me go at my own pace, taught me how to push myself without overexerting... and I told him how much I appreciated that. He wrote back a note that said he was very happy to hear from me and happy to hear that he made a positive difference. So I guess I want to thank you for being one of the good teachers and trying your best at something you are passionate about. I really appreciate that there are teachers like you out there who are having a positive influence on their students. I think teachers like you are amazing and important!!!!
Thank you for your sweet comments on my "this is...." blog and on my SpPage. That sweet little boy and that cute are my youngest child (he is 8) and my dog, BusterBrown, who is a huge baby. It is good they have each other since my other children are older (19, 21, and 37!!) and have moved out. I am also a grandmother, to 3 little sweetie-pies. I must say, you aren't looking very "grandmotherly" in your photos! I am tempted to get a shirt made, to wear to a half-marathon I am running this October, that says "this is what grandmothers do". Thank you for reaching out, I am adding you as a friend, for sure. 1604 days ago
