Howdy! I just wanted to stop in and say HI! I 'found' you on one of the boards about losing your SPARK. I know that feeling all too well. I am back on it again and making, at least, 20 mins for exercise. I figure any cardio is good cardio!

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this step to getting healthy. You will find a lot of info here and there are many waiting to encourage you. Find teams that meet your needs then post every day. That will help you stay accountable. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed here. It will take a couple of weeks before you really feel like you know what your doing. If you have questions please ask. All of us were new once and had to ask ourselves. And do not ever give up.
