That's me. I used to eat fast food or some sort of sugary treat at least once every 2 days or so. I gained a pile of weight, and ate myself into Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol, not to mention hypothyroidism and a few other health issues. My doctor says it's all reversible still, so that's what I intend to do!
1. Get to goal weight of 135 lbs
2. Quit all medications
3. Be more active
4. Feel and look great!
I'm on a high protein low glycemic diet. No added sugar, low cholesterol, and avoiding foods not recommended for my blood type. Trying to eat organic, non-processed, non-GMO foods as much as possible. Going to the gym 3 x a week, to the infrared sauna 2 x a week, and generally being more active.
