My Goals:
My goals are to keep exercising and keep myself healthy.

My Program:
I do a regular exercise routine Mon-Fri and if I have the time on the weekend as well. I have several Leslie Sansone's walking DVD's and do 120 miuntes or 8 miles. I have been doing them for years and really enjoy them.

Other Information:
I love music and am very involved in a string ensemble, ( I play violin) and also sing in choir at church.

Thanks DUSTYPRAIRIE for using the mileage challenge that I posted. I started posting when the team leaders and whoever else stopped posting it. It helps me keep motivated and even if I have bad days and don't get much exercise it help me strive to do better.

You are awesome! I am so glad you posted the walkink miles challenge on the **Walking/Leslie Sansone Team**. Thank you so much for doing that.

I will have to add to my mileage tonight. Hubby and I planned an after-dinner walk but all of a sudden it was dark out! Having that template to fill in will motivate me to do more earlier.
