My Goals:
I want to be able to go for a walk, or ride a bike and not get tired after 2 min. I want to be able to sit comfy in a chair. I want to go to Knotts Berry Farm and get on Ghost Rider and fit in the seat. lol. seriously, I want to be healthy.

My Program:
Take one day at a time. Eat more sensibly and get active.

Personal Information:
Today is Friday, May 2, 2008... my weight is 354.6... I am 5' 2". First major goal is to get under 300 lbsby my birthday is september... a little bit aggressive, but I'll take it one day at a time.

When is your birthday? If it is towards the end, then you can set up a goal to lose 10 lbs per month! That's my goal and I've been able to stick to it. Just remember, you need to try to get active! 3500 calories is 1 lb, so you need to try to burn off as much as possible! You're going to do great!

Go to www.youtube.com and do a search for ROGER GOULD. He talks about his book "Shrink Yourself" and how to deal with emotional eating. He is Head of Psychology at UCLA Medical Center and he is a medical doctor. The book has 8 chapters that you take one at a time and deal with emotional eating. He has a website at www.shrinkyourself.com but he charges $120 for the on-line course, and I didn't want to pay that.
I think this book is important for you to read. I've been reading it, using a yellow marker and writing in it like a textbook. emoticon
