My Goals:
I need to take each day at a time and stick to my diet.I need also to eat a well balanced diet. I need to be consistent and do exercises every day.
My Program:
I pray for guidance from God.I watch Fit tv. I try and start ewith breakfast every day.I lift weights in the evening. I need to include getting out and shopping more just for the exercise.
Personal Information:
i am from kansas City Kansas. I am a post polio victum. I walk with braces and crutches.I am married and am a grandma.
Other Information:
I just had my braces redone and got some great walking shoes .I need to make them work.Snowy weather,go away.
