Yeah, sometimes I have to pull back and see that I am accomplishing good things just by eating mostly right and keeping my weight steady. This has been a bad week...i stepped on that scale and wooosh, transported instantly to 205.
Luckily I am of stout stock and I havent noticed the extra weight yet, but I will soon. So back to eating better. It is so much harder to maintain without alot of exercise or outside activity. Sitting for 8-10 hours a day really packs on the pounds!
