Under 201.5 in 2015

So I am starting the year weighing in at my heaviest weight ever...251.7 lbs. I am setting my goal for the year to get under 201.5 lbs. See what I did there....201.5 2015?? :)

That's it. Not much else to say right now. I'll be posting and blogging a lot throughout the year so stay tuned!

I'm with Kendra, we really want you to be successful!

My sister also has a rough time with the "winter blues" (she lives in a part of Michigan where it is cloudy 6 1/2 days out of 7 during the winter). She bought one of those special Full Spectrum lamps that simulate daylight and it seems to be really working for her. She says she has more energy and is more able to concentrate. You only need to use it 30-45 minutes a day.

Just a thought! DO check out that link to the videos -- maybe it will work for you! Other Sparkers swear by the "tough love" approach, check out WATERMELLEN's. blogs. emoticon
