2015 is going to be a great year!

My goals are:

Hit 135 pounds by April 30.
Maintain 135-140 the rest of the year.
Engage in intentional exercise 6 days per week.
Do 6 half marathons.
Completely run a 5K (no intervals).

I count calories and use my Fitbit to help me stay active. I also try to log into Sparkpeople daily: I always find new information, inspiration, and ideas to keep me working toward my goals! I enjoy SparkCoach.

Personal Information:
My husband and I have traveled to Asia twice and to Russia in 2011, China in 2012, Peru and Europe in 2013. In 2014 we went to India and Nepal and hiked in the foothills of the Himalayas. WE LOVE TO TRAVEL and hope to live at least a year overseas, perhaps in 2015.

You're the resident traveler -- any advice on how to stay on track with my goals while I'm traveling in Hawaii later this month? My goal is not perfection -- just movement and moderation! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the kind words on my page. My husband is doing much better and I am optimistic that he has a better outlook on food and exercise.

I am really excited about the BLC Honey Badger's team. This is my first round so I am going to make it a good one!

Thanks for commenting on my blog today. I'll have to check out that link. I have talked to my counselor about the depression thing and that's a definite possibility. We are just kinda watching it to see what the new year brings. I always seem to have the winter blues so that's another obstacle right now. But I'm really wanting to pull myself out of the funk without any medications or an official diagnosis. I'm counting on my Sparkfriends to hold me accountable! :)
