Making it Happen

2013 was a great year:

I hit my goal weight (for a hot minute).
We hiked in Shenandoah National Park and on the Appalachian Trail.
We hiked in Colorado.
We hiked the Inca Trail in Peru to Macchu Picchu.
We took a river cruise down the Rhine River through The Netherlands, Germany, and France.

And that was great, but 2014 is going to be EPIC!!

I am going to set a goal of 124 pounds, for a total loss of 60 pounds.

2013 was a great year:

I hit my goal weight (for a hot minute).

We took a river cruise down the Rhine River through The Netherlands, Germany, and France.

I am going to set a goal of 124 pounds, for a total loss of 60 pounds.

I am going to stay active in team challenges.

I am going to set a goal of six fitness classes per week, and three half marathons in 2014.

We are going to travel west and do a lot more hiking in the Dakotas, Utah, and Colorado.

We are going to plan another Fall hiking trip -- perhaps Bhutan, or Nepal...?

Life is exciting! Every day is a gift!

My goal is to live my life joyfully while at a healthy weight.

I count calories and use my Fitbit to help me stay active. I also try to log into Sparkpeople daily: I always find new information, inspiration, and ideas to keep me working toward my goals! I enjoyed SparkCoach.

Personal Information:
My husband and I have traveled to Asia twice and to Russia in 2011. In September 2012 it was China, and in 2013 it was Peru and Europe. WE LOVE TO TRAVEL and hope to live at least a year overseas, perhaps in 2015.

Have fun at the cardio pump class. You can do it..even if it has been three weeks.
I like the reminder that those potatoes bring.. a good reminder of the past!

That's so true. Shopping for clothes can be frustrating or a big boost. Yes, how I look is the biggest motivation for me - trivial? frivolous? I don't think so.
