-go with flow on exercise/been working out hard past 6 weeks, can use a lighter workout week
-be ready to weigh in on the 13th,- 2lbs
-help Ryan to read Bible on baptism, read matthew+John1
-be positive**************it was a diffcult, long and busy week. no workouts at all but not guilty about it. it almost felt like things were going down south again but it might be because of the period starting. this morning I feel so much better with 2 lbs more due to bloating & constipation, it will go away. thank God it's past, I have a big week ahead so need to be on top of everything.

What a week, that sounds like an excuse but seems like my week just flew by me, honestly, I haven't paying much attention to the goals I'd set for this week, but it's ok!

-5 cardio
-Weight training, 2xfor 1 upper body
-1400cal or less, no almonds
-Read a book
-do not weigh myself til 9/29
-Track all the food, good and bad

What a bad start, it's Tuesday already, my eating just went out of control starting Sunday night, it's almost weird how things go so bad when you finally think you are doing so good, oh well, somethings I just can't understand!
So, I'm going to be really watching what I eat this week, I will stay at 1200 cal a day for the rest of the week!!!
My workouts are always good and it will remain that way, I will not let my few days of bad eating to discourage me on my workouts. I'm good to go from this moment on!

didn't reach my goal this week. Also found out that my body's metabolism is just not the same. I will h to do HIIT for my cardio from now on to see more result and to save time. I will track everything I eat and will be on the lowest calorie intake possible.

SINCE I'M NOT GETTING ANY YOUNGER I NEED TO TRY HARDER TO STAY ON TRACK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, MOST OF THE TIME. I NEED TO EAT CLEAN AND WORKOUT REGULARLY TO STAY HEALTHY AND BE HAPPY WITH MYSELF AND TO HAVE A HAPPY FAMILY.
I NEED TO WATCH WHAT I EAT AND WORKOUT 6 TIMES A WEEK.
I'M GOING TO STAY ON SPARKPEOPLE TO STAY ON TRACK AND TO BE HAPPY BECAUSE WHEN I STAY ON TRACK GET TO 132LBS I WILL HAVE FUN AND NOT WORRY ABOUT MY BODY AND MY WEIGHT ALL THE TIME, I'M EXCITED TO FIND OUT WHAT MY LIFE WILL BRING ONCE I GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 132. I WANT TO GET THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND STAY THERE. THAT'S MY GOAL!!

Hey there! Just stopping by to say thanks for all your spark support and friendship. Wanted to say hope you enjoy your weekend and hope you are feeling better-I read your blog that you had been sick.
