Tranquility is Beautiful!!

I used to be skinny and then I woke up one morning and....I was not!! What!?! How did this happen!?!? I know for sure that it had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the gazillions of pounds of crap that I ate or my completely sedentary lifestyle.....hmmmm.....

Well time for a change.....time to start shopping in that part of the grocery store that sells....what are they called again....oh right - vegetables!! And time to dust off my running shoes....or perhaps buy a pair....since I ...

Gone are the days of laziness and mindless eating.... (bye-bye!!) and a great big welcome to my new friends - exercise and nutrition.... (applause!!)

I am ready to do this!!! Sugar and carbs have been permanently unfriended on Facebook!! That makes it real......right?!?!

**Update - December 2014....I feel like I have been losing and gaining the same ten pounds over and over again
for the past little while. Oh wait!! That's because
I have!! My commitment for 2015 is to finally stop sabotaging myself and to reach my goal weight once and for all!! I will wear that elusive little black dress in my closet damn it!!!

2015 Winter 5% Challenge Commitment

Exercise Commitment:

- 30 minutes of cardio every day
- Strength training twice a week
- Yoga at least once a week
- 10,000 steps on workdays
- 13,000 steps on days off

Diet Commitment:
-The South Beach Diet!! :)
