I decided it was time to update my SparkPage. I have been trying unsuccessfully for about 4 yrs to lose weight. I have about 20-30 pounds to lose and it is ALL around my midsection. I know this is the worst kind of extra weight to carry, and this time I AM GOING to get rid of it. I really don't care if I stay the same weight (even though I'm guilty of weighing myself about I just really want to lose inches.

I want to have more energy for my family and just be healthier in general.

No more excuses! I'm going to "JUST DO IT"

I'm going to workout 6 days a week and do ST 5 days a week.
I'm going to drink at least 64 oz of water a day
I'm going to stay in my calorie range
I'm going to eat more fruits and veggies

Thurs-ChaLEAN Extreme, Elliptical, Zumba
Fri- ChaLEAN Extreme, Treadmill, Biggest Loser
Sat-walk/run on Treadmill, Elliptical or do Biggest Loser

- Eat between 1200-1500 calories
- Drink 8+glasses of water a day
- Get 7 hrs of sleep every night
