My Goals:
My goals are to lose about 50 lbs.
I want to learn how to eat and fix food that is healthier for me.

My Program:
I have been exercising twice a day for 30 to 45 minutes a piece.
Starting to work on the meal plans and what food is okay to eat and what is not.
