I am 46 with alot of weight to lose. I finally got the Spark! Done with the diet rollercoaster. I was the fast food eating, diet soda drinking, non excerciser who drank too much. I quit all of the above, got the Spark, and started running and strength work. I also drink 1 gallon of water a day and track my food daily on the Spark.. 1200 to 1300 calories a day, with one free meal a week. I am making great strides, and its slow going, but the Spark is GREAT support! I GOT THIS!

My Goals:
To be healthy and have more energy. Finally get off the diet rollercoaster. Run a 10 K.
My Program:
Run/walk 1 hour a day, strength training 3-4 x a week, use pedometer daily, 18000 steps. No soda. No fast food. Lots of water. Track my food and calories daily.Pack my own food for work. Small healthy meals. Portion control. Log in to Spark everyday to stay accountable.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Califonia, but have been in Texas since 2006. I have been married to my best friend for 25 years. I have two awesome kids, Casey, 23 and Shelby ,20.I have 3 rescue dogs who are family.
Other Information:
I have deep faith. U2 rocks. Dogs are unconditionally loving, and will always be in my life. I am thankful I found the Spark!!
