Bitch Tits Be Gone!

I was recently snapped in a photo sans shirt. I looked like a brood mare. I realized it was time to get serious about my weight loss after crossing the "pleasingly plump" line right into "two ton tubby" territory. Bikini season is right around the corner and I don't want to spend the entire summer indoors wishing I was outside swimming with all the cool kids.

My Goals:
Run 9.30257 miles the week of March 17 to the 23rd.

Weigh LESS than 200 pounds by March 27th.

Run 5K in 40 minutes or less by the end of April.

Run 22 miles per week by the end of May.

Be able to bench press ten more pounds than I can now (March 14) by the end of June.

Weigh 180 pounds by the end of July.

Have registration completed and training underway for first full length Marathon by end of August.

Weigh 165 pounds by September 28th.

Be able to run a half-marathon in less than two hours.

Maintain weight of 165 pounds andhave a full length marathon completed by end of 2013.



My Program:
To meet my goals, I'm eating a daily fistful of amphetamines and have recently started smoking. Everytime I'm inclined to eat, I light up a cigarette instead and swallow a Black Beauty.

Personal Information:
A midwesterner born and raised, I currently live and work in Chicago. I come from a fat family where food was the primary focus and have been chunky most of life with some exceptions here and there but ideally I'd like to get to my goal weight stay there and rid myself of my fat clothes.

Other Information:
I am a serious home cook and am keenly interested in all things concerning food from seed germination to future resaturant trends. I also like booze. A lot. Beer, wine, spirits, vodka, cabernet, IPA, stout, malbec, absinthe, Pernod, barolo, pilsner, pale ale and syrah. And gin. I don't like brown booze though because it makes me vomit.
