My Goals:
My goal is to lose a total of 50 pounds. Major goal but hoping to make it. I want to feel good and stick with a healthy lifestyle.
My Program:
I am doing an version of the Ideal Protein Diet. I eat some of their foods, but mostly I stick with a high protein very low carb diet. Lots of veggies and protein.
Personal Information:
Readfield, Maine I love the Lord, Gardening, hiking, fishing, biking, photography, sewing and spending time with friends and family.
Other Information:
I work full-time in a substance abuse facility for teens. I also own a business with my husband and we write books and take photographs mostly about trains.
