While I'm plodding along my journey to a better me after having a total knee replacement surgery at the ripe old age of 46 I've decided that my other knee will NOT suffer the same fate. Hi all! I am "Trainer in training" and my user name is self explainatory. While I'm plodding along my journey to a better me after having a total knee replacement surgery at the ripe old age of 46 I've decided that my other knee will NOT suffer the same fate. Likewise I want to help other Joint replacement recipients recover and be the best they can be. I'm currently enrolled in college to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. When I am done and have become certified my ministry begins. I will help women like myself who need guidance and direction free of charge. I am doing this not for money but for Jesus. I haven't always been heavy. Pregnancy took it's toll on me. But my children are grown and gone and now it's time for me to heal my body, rebuild it and then share that knowledge with others for the glory of God.

I'm on twitter if you care to follow me! My twitter ID is beauty4ashes218 and I always make my exercise journal and food diary PUBLIC and am faithful to log EVERY BITE. Being accountable and knowing my diaries are "public" helps me make better choices.
