As a fitness trainer, I love to workout, so this comes easy to me. I do have to focus more on what goes into my mouth though, because I love food so much. My program is focusing on the foods I eat and to stay as active as possible.

Thanks for the comments on my blog. I've gone this route before and it didn't work in respect that I gained weight. But I don't like how the scale makes me feel. I'm the type person that tends to go gungho to something and if it falls flat then I feel a failure. But I'm going to do my best to eat as I should and hopefully over time the measuring tape will show I'm making progress.

thanks for stopping by my blog.

I highly recommend trying out a run sans music. i may try to start doing no music once every couple of weeks. when you do run w/o music, be prepared to be shocked by your breathing! i sort of sound like a horse huffing and puffing, but i'm light on my feet. :)
