Hi! And welcome to the Beachbody Buddies team! I'm Laurie and I hope you will jump right on in and introduce yourself! We have a couple of challenges going right now. There's a personal fitness minutes challenge where you can choose your own goal for the month and do a count down to the end. There are also a couple of Buddy Support Groups (BSGs) that we have going. The focus of these is mostly support, but they have little challenges to keep us up and moving by competing for points. We're in our second week right now, so there's still lots of time for you to be involved in one of these. If you're interested, just let me know and I'll put you on one! I certainly know what you mean about the "control" issue with working out. That is why I had avoided it recently as well, but I started this past week doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Slim Down and that is it. In the past I would have added all kinds of other stuff to in an effort to force the numbers, but not now. God is in control of this thing for me and He'll help me get to that perfect size for me!
