I saw your post on the "Why do I sabotage myself" message board, and thought I'd check out you your spark page. I was thrilled to see that you are involved with Thin Within! I read the book when it first came out, and loved it. I lost 15 pounds in 1 month. Somehow, switching to the workbooks did not motivate me; I so loved the 'one day at a time' method.
Fast forward to this year, and I started spark people in Sept. by tracking my intake. But lately I've been feeling like I need to go back the 0-5 eating that is so on track with how God made us. Thanks for reminding me!!! 1963 days ago
