My Goals:
I would like to live a healthy lifestyle and lose some weight. When my children have their children I would like to be a healthy grandmother.

My Program:
I am striving to go from 198 pounds down to around 160 if possible. My goal is to work out 5 days a week at the gym. (It's a struggle but I shall not give up.)
