My Goals:
I would like to lose about 85 pounds so that can be within a normal BMI and healthy weight. I have set mini-goals for myself and hope that I can be consistent with the program!
My Program:
* Cardio (Treadmill: Walking & Running, Elliptical) * I will also be using a blend of workout DVDs, including Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, Banish the Fat, No More Trouble Zones & Yoga Meltdown; the Bob Harper DVD series; ChaLEAN Extreme; etc. * Strength Training
Personal Information:
I have set mini-goals for myself. This is one of the only means that I can utilize to track my progress and keep me motivated. Mini-Goal #1: 202.5 lbs. [10% weight loss goal] Mini-Goal #2: 199 lbs. [Onederland Goal] Mini-Goal #3: 195 lbs. Mini-Goal #4: 190 lbs. Mini-Goal #5: 185 lbs. Mini-Goal #6: 180 lbs. Mini-Goal #7: 175 lbs. Mini-Goal #8: 170 lbs. Mini-Goal #9: 165 lbs. Mini-Goal #10: 160 lbs. [ULTIMATE GOAL... for now]
Other Information:
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you NOT to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." ~Marianne Williamson
