Dana, I just wanted to let you know how much your comment on my page meant to me! There are a lot of great things that I got out of having cancer and one of them was stopping taking my body for granted. I know what it feels like not to be able to rely on your body anymore, not to have the physical energy to stand up by myself after a chemo session -- a scary feeling for a 27-year-old.

As for the outside walking/jogging, I'm not a huge fan of it. I have a few different reasons but allergies being a big one. I also don't feel like I get that intense of a workout outside. On one of the rare sunny days in Western Washington, I might go out for a light walk.
When I first adopted my dog, we would go on walks all the time. We ran into a problem though. It's hard to get in a nice good workout when you have to yell encouragements to your dog because she doesn't want to move that fast.
