My name is Tracy I'm a 40 year old married woman from NH. I am on this quest with the support & companionship of my husband and my best friend. I'm aiming for this year to be a big turn around.
I have done a few sprint distance triathlons and earned my black belt. I had lost a decent amount of weight on a commercial weight loss program but gained it back due to an unnaturally stressful year. I want to lose it now before the gain gets even bigger

To answer your question about the symbols in the Tracking thread;
F= Friday S= Saturday S= Sunday M= Monday
The blank beside it is where you put the amount of points you earned for that day.
So on Friday if you scored 5 out of 5 points for Exercise and 5 out of 5 points for Tracking you would edit your Tracking Template. For each day of the Challenge you should do the same. At the end of the challenge, Your Tracking Template should look something like this:
Exercise: F 5/5 S 5/5 S 0/5 M5/5 Bonus0/10 Total 15/30
Track: F 5/5 S 5/5 S 5/5 M 5/5 Bonus10/10 Total 30/30

I have been in BLC for 11 of last 13 rounds. I am hypothyroid, so I have lots of trouble losing and keeping my weight off. I am 58, knocking on the 60s, and want to be able to be healthy enough to do all the traveling and adventuring I have wanted to when I retire.
I am here to you to BLC21 and be a help if yro need any. Hope you meet lots of new firends along the way. This BLC is filled with persons from around the globe and porbably all 50 states. It is exciting to learn what people eat and how they exercise in different areas.
