I'm young and i want balance, control and confidence!

I'm excellent at exercising everyday...not so excellent at controlling my eating. there's a huge link between confidence and my eating habits. I thought having support from others might motivate me to be better with my eating so i don't binge and so i have someone to be accountable to. I want to lose weight but most of all i just want balance in my life, i want control and i want the confidence to just be me!

i exercise everyday before and after work. i try to eat 5 small meals everyday. i keep a 'positivity journal' to write the good things about myself. i review my motivators for weightloss as often as i can. i practice yoga to relieve food and social anxiety and stress
