Going to be fit as a fiddle and happy as a clam!

I hit the big 4-0 this year and also just realized that I gained 40 pounds in the last 6 years (and I was a big girl even then!). My weight gain started after college with too many delcious dinner parties, traveling for work and all that partying like a rock star that is possible for a 20-something! I have trained and completed a 100 mile bike ride (and several other long distances) and completed a sprint distance triathlon within the past 7 years. Then I fell in love and got married to an incredible man and slipped back into eating without thinking. Even though we are very active people, I have not been getting the level of exercise I need to lose and maintain a healthy weight. I am jazzed about SparkPeople and set a goal to be an active memeber on the site to motivate me to meet my goals and stay on track.
