We had a great week. On Saturday our weight loss was 25.6 lbs putting us in 2nd place overall. This week we exercised 11,742 minutes and had 161 LTGL points for healthy snacking. Erin came up with an awesome challenge for this week! With only two weeks to go lets make them count!
Hard to believe we're more than half way finished with this challenge. As we raced to Bangkok last week we racked up 13,010 exercise minutes and 1510 LTGL points. That's 151 breakfasts and new recipes!
Lets take Melissa (MELBBART) up on her challenge this week and max out those LTGL points!
Hard to believe that we are on Week 4 of the Challenge! It seems to "fly" by so fast. The Daisies had another great week, our team exercised for a total of 14,092 minutes (234 hours) and stretched for a total of 27 hours, which is like doing Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners 75 times! !
