This week can be Better! Try taking it One Meal, check it, ask yourself, do I really want to eat this, as it is or should I make a/or some changes. Follow the answer you get, if possible. Next, try exercise several times a day, in small increments, if needed. I needed to do this for quite awhile. If you mess up, don't give up to start over again on Monday, start over at next meal. We can do this!
