My #1 Goal is to improve my Lifestyle. I will accomplish this by making better nutrition choices, exercising regularly, and putting me first!
I joined a gym (Fitness19) last February and am taking Boot Camp classes twice a week (Monday and Thursday). I am going to go to the gym an additional 2 days a week for at least an hour (Tuesday and Friday). I also plan to work out at home 1 day a week (Wednesday) and bike/hike on the weekends. I try to do strength and cardio at each session during the week.
I am from Minnesota.
My favorite hobbies are camping/hiking with my family and reading my Nook. I also grow a vegetable garden each year. It really helps me get my veggie quota in during the summer months!
