Little Steps That All Add Up

My weightloss is somewhat less than spectacular, but that's because I'm also busy living life! It's taken me a long time to realise there's no point in chasing after a quick fix, and now those little steps are adding up ... and the journey hasn't been too painful.

My Goals:
At the time of writing (5th December) I weigh 11st 8lbs

Short term - to reach 11st by my birthday (16th February)

Long term - to reach 10st by the end of the school year (24th July)

My Program:
Counting calories - doing a weekly total of 10,000 (i.e. just over 1400 a day) because I put away considerably more calories at the weekend than during the week!
