Hi, I am Tracy. I am 32 years old, I will be 33 in April. I have been overweight since having my daughter and even though I eat healthy I have not been able to lose weight. I am hoping this site will help me by showing me what to eat and motivate me to move. We are also dealing with secondary inferlity since having our daughter and I am hoping by eating healthier and losing weight it will help us get pregnant again.

My Goals:
I am hoping to decrease my daily calories and fat intake while increasing my excersise. I hope to accomplish losing 50 pounds by the end of July by doing this.

My Program:
I will be eating a vegetarian, mostly vegan diet consisting of between 1200-1500 calories a day and try to eat less than 35 grams of fat a day. I will be walking/jogging on my treadmill for at least 30 minutes a day and add two days of strength training for 15 minutes each time.

Personal Information:
I am from Central Wisconsin. I have been married for 5 years and we have a beautiful daughter named Hannah. My husband is a health promotion and wellness major and he will obtain his bachelor's degree in May. It is hard because I am so overweight and he is a health major. We eat really healthy but I can't seem to lose the weight. I am hoping by restricting calories and fat with a scheduled menu it will help. We have been trying to have another baby for almost three years and the dr's find nothing wrong with us. I am hoping by is both getting healthier and leaner it will help.
