Hi,

I'm Tracy, and I'm trying to lose about 15 lbs and keep othem off. I really want to get back the daily habits I once had of working out and eating well. I would do great for a while and then it seems that something would always get in the way for whatever reason. Not this time, no more excuses. It's a for life life style change of working out 1st thing in the morning.....5:30am morning!

Any other morning risers out there?
