This time is it! 50lbs!!!

I am gaining momentum consistent with my workouts...been working with a trainer and have been talking with people who have done it or are doing it. I just need to stay motivated. MY EATING is the problem! I am going to use my bodybugg and SparkPeople to help me get over this hump! I CAN DO THIS!! I've lost 63lbs (I've gained 10 back) before and I can lose another 50lb!!!! I AM TIRED OF FEELING OLD AND LOOKING TIRED!!! The picture on the left reflects how I want to feel all the time......I WANT ...

My Goals:
I don't want to be skinny but I want to feel good about the way I look with my cloths off and on. I just want to feel good in my skin.

Ultimate goal: 50lbs.

Monthly goal: 5lbs.

Non-weight goal: 20 push-ups on toes

Jog on treadmill 30 mins

Meeting my goal of 5lbs a month in 10 months I will lose 50lbs!!!

My Program:
SUNDAY - W/ Trainer Weigh-In Day

MONDAY -15 min HIIT

TUESDAY - Zumba

WEDNESDAY - Strength training/ Cardio 30

THURSDAY - HIIT/ ZUMBA

FRIDAY - Strength Training/ Cardio 30

SATURDAY - REST DAY
