I am GOING to lose this time!!! No more excuses!!!!!!!!!!!
I am 36 yrs old and it is just time for me to stop the madness!!!! I have to take back control of my life!!! I have gained about 100 lbs in the last 3 years and I am feeling really bad!! I have to start believing in myself and changing my lifestyle!! I hope SP can help me do this!!!!
