I'd like to lose 10% of my weight, then another 10%.
Journal food and activity Eat 5 fruits and veggies / day Drink 8 glasses water / day 30 min. cardio 4 X week 15 min. toning 2 X week No eating in front of TV!
I live in southern NH with my husband and two girls, ages 12 and 5. I work FT as an administrator at an early learning program. I'd lost 80 pounds with WW about 7/8 years ago, and it is creeping back on. Time to put a stop to that and turn things around!
