Mom on the run
I swore the last time I lost weight would be the very last time because I planned on keeping it off forever! Well, life happened and after some personal challenges and a pregnancy I am starting AGAIN for the LAST TIME! I am very blessed with an amazing husband and two beautiful children that I love with all of my heart. I am a stay at home mom. Well, life happened and after some personal challenges and a pregnancy I am starting AGAIN for the LAST TIME! I am very blessed with an amazing husband and two beautiful children that I love with all of my heart. I am a stay at home mom. I'm learning how to incorporate fitness into my everyday life while balancing the mom/wife work load. I am currently 5 weeks in to the Zombie Run 5K training program. I can't wait for warmer weather so that I can move my runs from the treadmill to the trails!

1. Relying on God. In the past weight loss is something I tried to do on my own with little success and great difficulty. This time I have made God a vital part of my program. 2. Teadmill. Zombie Run 5K app!! 3. Cutting back on the fast food. 4. Staying within my set calorie range 5. Cardio alternating with ST days
