My whole outlook on life has changed, I'm so thankful God brought me through some rough times to show me how blessed I am..where I am right now! I know that through Christ & some hard work I can knock the rest of these extra pounds off...but I no longer let my weight define who I am.

I'm just taking 10 pounds at a time one day at a time..all the while focusing on LIVING life!

My Goals:
Just to live each day trying to be healthier and more active.

I want to be a healthier mom, reminding my kids everyday that I am so thankful for them and so blessed to be their mom... they are the best kids ever!

My Program:
I manage anywhere from 2 to 6 miles of walking/running 5 days a week.

I LOVE riding my bike!


Also going to the gym, pool, and adding strength training 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
Raleigh, NC - at the moment :)

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 2 yrs ago and have to be very careful to follow a gluten free/casein free(milk allergy) diet. Its made an AMAZING difference in my life, so thankful that I don't miss any of the foods I can no longer eat.

I've also had a blast reworking alot of my favorite recipes to meet my new diet needs. I love to cook & play with food!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO'S COMMENTED OR SENT ENCOURAGEMENT!!

I've been away due to a family crisis, it's so good to be back in the game working toward my goal. Along the way these comments and messages did reach me and meant so much, so sorry for the delay in replying. My phone doesnt give me alot of options in replying on SP and that's been my primary source of internet for several months. I've gotten my laptop back up and running so hopefully I can catch up with each of you soon.
