Thanks for adding me as a friend. I've been losing one pound a week by using the nutrition tracker to keep me in line. I never realized before how many calories some of my favorite foods had and I just love food too!
I also bought a pedometer to make me aware when I am too sedentary, especially with the cold weather starting already. I added a step tracker on my fitness page too.
