My name is Tracey, i am 29 years old. i am married with two children - Ellissia 6 and Jayden 3.

A little bit more about me -

I use to swim competitively and so i trained most days of the week so i never really had to worry about my weight! Since stopping, getting married and having two children the weight has piled on! I have lost all control of my eating habbits and exercise is just non-excistant. I am now feeling so unhealthy, i get ill all the time, have no energy and so i have decided that i really must do something about it especially as i seem to be getting worse!

I have decided that i need to make a plan of action and set myself goals (just small ones to start with as i have come to realise that i try to do too much at the start and end up giving up!

The calculation: BMR( your rate at rest) x AMR (your daily activity level) + Calories burned through exercise - Calories consumed = Your daily deficit.
