long term goal- is to loose 90 pounds and to become a healthy happy role model for my daughter. medium goal isto loose the first 10-30 pounds within 3 months short term goals is to complete 1 month of 10-15 minute exercises without giving up. my daily goals is to drink 8 8oz glasses of water, get 7-8 hrs of sleep.
