Strengthen Core and lose inches on waist- currently taking Pilates

I Ran a 1/2 marathon on May 20, 2007 2 hours 9 minutes

I did a sprint triathlon 0n June 17, 2007 1 hour 55 minutes 43 seconds



My Program:
Cook Healthy Meals on Sunday to help us through the week.



Log my meals.



Drink lots of water 3 + litres a day.



Exercise 6 days a week.

Hey Tracey,
I just saw your post on the roadrunners board. Good luck on the half-marathon in May. It sounds like the training is on schedule with the 11 mile run today.
