My name is Tracee. I am a 36 year old mother of 4 beautiful girls. I have been a spark member since 2006. It has helped me tremendously! I lost the extra baby weight following this program and did really well at keeping it off. Then DH had some health issues and I used this program to get lots of advice and encouragement. (2009) I have made a lot of lasting changes. Exercise is still a struggle for me. I have a hard time sticking with something. It is now 2016!! I can't believe I have been using sparkpeople off and on for 10 years!! My goals are so different than those of the past. I am really looking to make permanent changes to my life now. While I don't believe I have a lot of weight to lose 10 pounds tops! I know I need to take control of eating and get regular exercise and add on some muscle! I need healthy meals for my family as well as of myself.

My Goals:
My short term goals are to drink my water, take my vitamin D supplements, and drink 2 cups of green tea per day and eat 2 activia yogurts a day.

My mid-term goal is to fit into my 7 jeans comfortably by Christmas.

My long term goal is to fit comfortably fit back into my size5 jeans. (I'm guessing around 115-110 pound range)

My Program:
Startign small so I don't give up.

Take a vitamin D supplement once a day.

Eat two activia's a day

Drink two cups of grreen tea a day

Get out and walk or use elliptical 3x's a week

Plan meals ahead of time

Reduce snaking

Eat Breakfast

Eat less processed foods

Personal Information:
I am from Greensburg Indiana. A very small town. We are only known by our tree growing out of the roof of our courthouse. We tend to call ourselves the Tree City.

My youngest girls are twins and one of them suffered a stroke while in my womb. I want to be more proactive in the awareness of childhood stroke.

Other Information:
I am a huge fan of James Patterson. I love Ghost Hunters (TAPS). I'm embarrassed to admit I love The Secret Life of the American Teenager!

    Thanks for your comments on my blog, and a BIG CONGRATS on stopping smoking. It is one of the most important things you can do for yourself in your journey to get healthier, and in setting a good example to your beautiful girls. I really wish I had done it a long time ago when my kids were young, but you can never turn back the clock. Now I have my grandson to think about, and another grandson to come in May.     262 fitness minutes - thanks for keeping an eye on me :) i've been on here one week as of sunday - well i guess saturday at midnight was one week - now i'm on week two. I'm really loving this site , so many good stories . i know i have a story to tell to but it just doesnt seem like i have done anything - its a mental thing i know , i can see my pictures, just not my reflection . I know the scale is lowerbut my self esteem is jsut as low as always - i know i cant expect anything to change over night - its been like 14 motnhs since i started - 28 years to get that way - i'm sure other people feel the same as i do , i'll have to ask around maybe i will start my blog - seeing how its almost 3 am i am such a night owl - at least no party for me this weekend and i did make it to kicjfit saturday morning . well thats again for paying attention :)
