My name is Tracee. I am a 31 year old mother of 4 beautiful girls. I have been a spark member since 2006. It has helped me tremendously! I lost the extra baby weight following this program and did really well at keeping it off. Then DH had some health issues and I used this program to get lots of advice and encouragement. I lost the extra baby weight following this program and did really well at keeping it off. Then DH had some health issues and I used this program to get lots of advice and encouragement. I was doing really well until I quit smoking 1/1/09. Becoming a non smoker was my main goal and everything else got pushed to the back burner. Now 25-30 pounds heavier I'm back. It will be almost two years since I quit smoking this January 1st, and I am still struggling with my weight. Not enough time has been my bigget excuse, I'm gonna overcome that before the new year!

I have a bad habit of eating when I'm bored! I get easily bored also. So...I eat a lot. I'm looking for encouragement!

Thanks for the support! Congrats on quitting smoking- that is one of my goals too. It's gross and nasty but it's a stress habit for me. I need to find something else to do with my hands. emoticon

Thanks for your comments on my blog, and a BIG CONGRATS on stopping smoking. It is one of the most important things you can do for yourself in your journey to get healthier, and in setting a good example to your beautiful girls. I really wish I had done it a long time ago when my kids were young, but you can never turn back the clock. Now I have my grandson to think about, and another grandson to come in May. If you need any encouragement, I am here for ya. Take care now. Patty
