    I am at week 5 of my 5k training - tomorrow is day 2 of the week. Today I did my rower for my morning workout. Tomorrow is weigh in day too. Not looking forward to that by any means.

    I LOVE emoticon Your attitude. YOU can so do this! The month isn't over yet - let's do this. I just gotta get this eating under control. This is bad week to try and do that ... But I'm not quitting.

    After trying on my fall clothes last night I need to get busy & get my body in shape. I can do a new wardrobe shopping in my own closet if ... No, WHEN I lose this next 5-7 pounds.

    I'm also working on challenging myself to COMPLETE ALL 8 WEEKS of my 5k training. Not that I have a 5k run in mind to do but I wanted to challenge myself to actually complete this training routine. The furthest I got before was week 7/day2.

    How's it going? This schedule is keeping me super busy but I am trying to stay healthy right along with it. I just gotta get this eating under control - fitness is ok but my eating is what's holding me back.

    Glad you enjoyed my last post. Thank you! And yes, we really do have to learn to be more gentle with ourselves. Not lazy...just not so damned rough on ourselves. We get enough of that message from the world (especially advertising).
