Yeah, the stair thing isn't working so much for me, so I'm just making sure I do workout at home. I'm going to get the kids involved tonight and jog around the room with them. Rodney has this really neat Military Rangers CD that does the cadance from when he was in the army. The evening workout is hard - for me because the family is around and I want to spend time with them! One step at a time, Trace - we can do it but one step at a time. Something is definitely better than nothing!
I haven't gotten to do the stairs yet. Yesterday I got caught in the office by an associate and she wanted to talk. Today I was just exhausted, I hired 15 people today. whew!!! I did run this morning, so I'm doing okay in the am, I just need to get busier in the evenings. Something is better then nothing. I have to build. 1998 days ago
